Directions: 

 

  1.       Post a slide of learning points and ready upbeat music. 2.       Chairs form into circle, facing out.  (2 circles with more than 15-20 participants) 3.       When people get "out," they remove a chair from the circle and reiterate a learning point from the slide, or state something they learned 4.       "Out" people should clap to the rhythm when the music is playing.
