This is a movement oriented mixer that can be used as a get acquainted activity or as a means to express and check for understanding. It's great to get people to share ideas or to review content, particularly after sitting for a period of time.

Directions: 

This works great with 15 or more participants.

Have half of the participants form one circle, then have the other half form another circle around the outside of the newly formed circle. Have each person make sure that he/she is standing eye to eye with one person. Give the pairs one minute to share ~ either one important thing that they learned, or one way that he/she will use what has been learned.

After one minute have the people on the OUTSIDE circle move one person to the right. The inside circle stays put. Repeat this at least three times.

You can change the prompt each time the circle shifts or have folks share the same as above.
