Airborne Goals

Type of strategy: Closings and Wrap UpGamesHumor and CelebrationMovementMusic, Rhythm, Rhyme, and RapWriting and/or Reflection

Use at the beginning or the end to share future goals.

After a professional development session participants write a future goal related to the learning on a small slip of paper without a name on it.  They put the paper inside a balloon. Blow the balloon up and tie it in a knot.  Stand up and toss the balloon around to music.  When the music stops grab a balloon and pop it.  Each person then shares the goal written on the piece of paper.  Celebrate the future goals.
