Thursday, October 10th through Saturday, October 12th, 2019 at the Tacoma Convention center

The Northwest Mathematics Conference has an excellent reputation based on quality and diversity of presenters. Participants will learn ways to engage all students in doing important mathematics. There will be a focus on technology and STEAM education. This conference brings together mathematics teachers from all levels of primary, secondary, and undergraduate education to learn and share about mathematics and pedagogy.

Who are the Speakers? The featured speakers are nationally known experts in the field of mathematics education, including our Keynote Speakers Robert Q. Berry, III, and Dan Meyer. The real strength of the conference are the speakers who are classroom teachers from Washington, Oregon, or British Columbia, sharing their practical expertise. If you would like to be one of the speakers, click here.

How Much Does It Cost? The early-bird price for members of the four sponsoring organizations is $195 and the price for non-members is $220. If you are one of the first thousand registrants, you will receive one of the conference souvenir bags and can choose a box lunch on Friday rather than stepping out to one of the many nearby restaurants.
