The first webinar in the Sex Ed Made Simple series is about Oregon’s policy framework, including applicable Oregon Laws as well as the Oregon Department of Education health standards adopted in December 2016. We will go through the Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) and the Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) that form a backdrop for sexuality education and health education in Oregon.

I’m not finding the “SAFT Oregon” document referenced on the resources page. Did it get posted? Am I somehow missing it? I thought it looked like a great “Erin’s law” checklist as Suzanne suggested. Thanks!

Kristin, This is a great idea, but I need to check on copyright before I post it to the website. I am going to post the PowerPoint presentation in a few minutes, so you can at least look at those documents there.
