Hey All,
Just a quick note on becoming certified by GLOBE using their online training. The first thing you must do is sign up for a GLOBE account, once they accept it you can start the online training. The GLODE overview module is required by all (must pass assessment) and then I passed the atmosphere module plus the cloud protocol. At that point I received an email stating that I was GLODE trained for cloud data entry. From then on, all you need to do is go through the protocols and pass the assessment that you want. For examples, I can now enter data for Biosphere's land cover, tree circumference, MUC and the Atmosphere's clouds, surface temps, weather station protocols.
It now takes about 30 minutes to get trained to do a new protocol.
Any questions, please feel free to ask me.
