Which Event to I attend?
If you are secondary school (MS or HS) and will focus your efforts to improve attendance in upper grades or during transition years, attend the morning session.
If you are a primary school or a K-8 that wants to focus your efforts to improve attendance in early grades, attend the afternoon session.
If you are a district team, attending both sessions would allow you ample time to build your communication plan and create multiple change-theory ideas to address the needs of your primary and secondary students.
What should attendees bring?
Laptop and Access to attendance data.
Develop and test your theory of action to support student attendance by using data based decision making in a continuous improvement cycle.
Contribute to your Continuous Improvement Plan and your Student Investment Account Application
Review data to ensure or increase equity in your system
Use continuous improvement cycle to monitor your progress
Learn connected practices to increase stakeholder voices
