Personal bio
I believe that education has changed significantly in the past decade and will continue to change at all levels, from a directed educational experience in a specific time and place to an experience that is more authentic and individualized to meet learners’ needs and learning styles. I see myself as someone who facilitates exploration and learning, and inspires people to want to learn more. I advocate multilingual and technology skills as critical to academic and professional success in the 21st century. I promote digital equity and providing equal access to training and technology tools to all people. I'm committed to knowing my students and personalizing their educational experience, differentiating instruction to be most effective for each individual, and building relationships that allow me to support my students emotionally as well as academically.
